Your Best Year Yet (add the registered logo), is a 10-step methodology which takes participants through a process of self reflection, transformational paradigm shift and development of an exciting 1 page annual plan that motivates them to reach their goals. In addition to this facilitated workshop, participants will receive monthly coaching to help them stay connected to their plan and achieve their goals.

Gearing for Success
Goal setting is a powerful method for helping you achieve your dreams and make your vision a reality. When students are taught the art of goal setting from a young age, they can then better plan for success. Gearing for Success is a workshop which provides students with a practical tool and process for setting and achieving goals.
Career Development
Deciding on a career path can be challenging for youth, especially when they are trying to identify their skills, interests, and career options. Investing time into a career development program can help set up students for career success.
Financial Management Matters
Financial management is one of the key life skills in all aspects of our life, yet very few people actually develop financial literacy. Our financial management program provides students with skills to become responsible proactive money managers. We use the National Endowment for Financial Education, (NEFE), High School Financial Planning Program.

Relationship Management Matters
Throughout our lives we will foster a variety of relationships ranging from family, friendships, and beyond. Learning how to effectively manage these relationships can be challenging at times.
We use the Personality Dimensions Registered methodology to help individuals understand themselves and each other so that they can be more effective in their relationships, their work, and their life.

It builds on research conducted in Canada for over two decades, and the foundations established by the work of Carl Jung, David Keirsey, Linda Berens, as well as a history of Temperament that spans 25 centuries.
